They’re an incredibly talented group but terribly underfunded so some new equipment would really help them thrive.

Morning everyone!

Its time for the first Charity event of 2025 and in May we are supporting GingerBeard customers and SWC fitness members with their 12 hour circuit challenge, in aid of two fantastic charities Debra & Mind. (See below!)

On 24th May SWC Fitness in Stone will be taking on a mammoth 12 hour Circuit training challenge, if you've done the usual hour circuit training then you'll know this is an incredibly tough challenge for even the fittest of people.

To support the cause GingerBeard Barbers will donate £1 from every single haircut done in May, if you would like to add to the pot with your own donation then simply let me know at your next haircut.

Wishing Shane and the team @ SWC the very best of luck with the challenge.
