Trained Hands

Last year Jerry and I cleaned out my brother’s house in San Jose, CA, I came back to LV with some family photos and other items.

The picture below is my paternal grandmother Francis and my paternal grandfather Manual with my aunt Estelle in the center . Picture was taken in the early ‘20s . My grandmother had 13 sons and daughters. My dad was the 11th child.

You can use water or if you really want to go wild, use carbonated water combined with sliced cucumbers.

Last week I had a client who came in to get a facial and foot scrub. I wanted his visit to be more spa like.

I made healthy but simplistic cucumber water beverage that quenches your thirst . It also has health benefits .

-it boosts bone health.
-lowers your blood pressure
-helps with weight loss
-great anti oxidants.
-keeps you hydrated

Ginger Tea—

May help manage weight and blood sugar.
May relief pain and inflammation.
May have cancer fighting properties
May protect you brain.

Me? I just like the flavor!

This morning I made a sugar scrub infused with coconut oil and peppermint! More scents to follow !

Scrubs are great to improve your immune system , reduce stress , anxiety and fatigue, unblemished and glowing skin and decreases migraines or chronic pains

Last week I had a good week. Three new clients, and 2 repeat clients. And already have a new client booked for next week. A referral nonetheless !

Ideally it would be great to minimally get 6-10 clients weekly.

I’m vaccinated you be too!

Biotone, to me, is the leading massage product out there. As I was driving around town today, I missed a delivery of several products including the lotion I have pictured below.

Oh well, I hope to get my delivery tomorrow !

Another product I just purchased is Biotone Cooling Pain Relief Polar Lotion. This product gives you a deep-cooling relief to any sore or inflamed areas.
