I wanted to share an important update about my booking policies. As my calendar continues to grow and appointments are now being booked 1–2 months in advance, I’ve had to make a few adjustments to better protect my schedule and the time I reserve specifically for each client.

Effective immediately, the following updated policy will apply:

• Rescheduling with more than 72 hours’ notice: You may transfer your appointment ONE TIME without an additional rescheduling fee. Deposits remain non-refundable.

• Rescheduling within 72 hours: A $75 late rescheduling fee will be required in order to move your appointment to a new date.

• Canceling within 72 hours: You will be responsible for 100% of your scheduled service price.

• Same-day cancellations & no-shows: You will be responsible for 100% of your scheduled service price. You'll also need to pay a new deposit/payment before booking a future appointment.

I completely understand that life happens and unexpected circumstances can come up. However, each appointment requires preparation and dedicated time on my schedule. When an appointment is canceled or moved with very little notice, it can be extremely difficult to fill that opening—even when I have other clients waiting.

Providing at least 72 hours’ notice gives me a reasonable opportunity to offer your appointment to another client and helps prevent large, unexpected gaps in my schedule.

Please know these changes aren't meant to call anyone out or make scheduling more difficult. As a small business owner, my schedule is a major part of my livelihood, and I'm putting these policies in place to protect the time I reserve for every client.

If you think you may need to change an upcoming appointment, please let me know as early as possible. I always appreciate early communication and will do my best to work with you when you give proper notice.

Fall is officially here, and the holiday season will be here before we know it! I currently have just ONE appointment remaining for October, and my November calendar is now open for pre-booking.

If you have holiday parties, family photos, vacations, or special events coming up, now is the perfect time to plan your appointments so you aren’t scrambling at the last minute.

🍂 Thinking about permanent makeup? Fall is the perfect season!

The cooler weather can make the healing process a little easier because we tend to experience:

- Less sweating and outdoor activity
- Less direct sun exposure
- Fewer pool, beach, and water-related plans
- More time for your brows or lips to heal before holiday events and photos

Permanent makeup is a process, so please remember that your initial session and 6–8 week perfection touch-up should both be considered when planning for an upcoming event.

‼️ An Important Ombré Brow Client Care Update

I recently noticed that some of my ombré brow clients from the past six months experienced lighter healed retention than expected. After looking further into it, I learned that the pigment line I had been using underwent a formula change that artists were not initially made aware of.

The quality of your healed results—and your happiness with your brows—genuinely matters to me. If you received ombré brows from me within the past six months and feel that your retention was unusually light, I would like to offer you $50 off a touch-up appointment.

Every client’s skin and healed results are different, so I may ask you to send clear photos of your brows before scheduling. This allows me to evaluate your retention and recommend the most appropriate next step. Please text me at 702-907-6369 for assistance.

🗓️ Holiday Booking Policy Reminders

The holidays are one of the busiest times of the year, so my booking policies will be strictly enforced to keep the schedule fair and running smoothly for everyone:

- At least 72 hours’ notice is required to reschedule.
- Rescheduling within 72 hours is subject to a $75 fee for services over $100.
- Appointments may be transferred one time with proper notice. A second reschedule requires a new deposit or full payment, depending on the service.
- Appointments must be confirmed by 9:00 PM the evening before. Unconfirmed appointments will be canceled, and the deposit or payment will be forfeited.
- There is a 10-minute grace period. Arriving later may require your appointment to be rescheduled.
- Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the remaining service balance.
- If you are feeling sick, please contact me as soon as possible and do not come to your appointment ill.

Please communicate with me sooner rather than later if something comes up. All appointment-related communication should be sent by text to 702-907-6369, as social media DMs and replies to marketing emails are not regularly monitored.

Because we work in such close proximity, I will be wearing a mask during services. Disposable masks will also be available for any client who would feel more comfortable wearing one.

Your health, my health, and the safety of every client who enters the studio are incredibly important to me. Please reach out sooner rather than later so we can discuss your appointment.
