Don’t over think healthy eating. It’s so simple and easy ! Throwing anything and everything into a salad is next level. Mix and match textures and warm with cool. The variety will make things enjoyable for your taste buds.

This is one of my go-to meals when I want to feel good without overthinking it.
Mixed greens
Protein
Fresh crunch
A little olive oil, lemon, herbs
That’s it
I don’t need heavy sauces or complicated rules to feel nourished.
Just real food that supports my energy, my digestion, and my body.
Wellness doesn’t have to be loud.
It just has to be consistent.
Wellness doesn’t need extremes.
It needs edits.
Small, intentional choices that support your body, your energy, and your life — without stress or perfection.
