💈🎒 WHAT A WEEKEND OF SERVICE! 🎒💈

Our Back-to-School events were an incredible success, and our hearts are FULL! ❤️

We want to extend our deepest gratitude to Piper High School for allowing us the opportunity to serve alongside them, and to the entire Leavenworth community for showing up in such a BIG way. Whether you donated school supplies, backpacks, funds, your time, or simply helped spread the word—YOU helped make this possible!

Our team had the privilege of serving families through two full Back-to-School events, and when we say our staff was committed, we mean it! 💪🏾💈

After serving at Piper High School, the team kept going—cutting hair from 10:00 AM Saturday until 6:00 AM Sunday! Nearly 20 straight hours of service, smiles, conversations, laughter, and fresh cuts to help our young people walk into the new school year feeling confident and ready. 🙌🏾

A very special THANK YOU to the Brothers of Mount Olive Lodge No. 3 for your continued support, service, and commitment to our community. Your willingness to step up and help wherever needed did not go unnoticed. 🤝🏾

To every barber, volunteer, donor, supporter, parent, and community partner—THANK YOU. None of this happens because of one person or one organization. It happens when a community decides to come together for its children.

We may be tired, but our hearts are full. ❤️

This weekend reminded us that service isn’t always convenient. Sometimes it’s long hours, tired feet, and very little sleep—but when it’s for our kids and our community, it’s worth it.

We don’t serve for recognition.
We serve because our community is worth serving.

✂️ 30+ HOURS. ONE MISSION. ONE COMMUNITY.

This August, we’re doing something bigger than haircuts.

Beginning Saturday, August 8, the team at Str8 Edge Barber Shop—Carlos, Josiah, and Tori—will take on a 30+ hour haircut marathon, cutting throughout the day, throughout the night, and into Sunday afternoon to make sure as many students as possible head back to school with confidence.
