You can choose a dedicated facial-massage appointment or ask about a shorter facial-massage enhancement within a restorative massage.

Street parking is available in front of the studio. You may also use our private lot behind the building—the driveway is beside our building.

Please complete the intake form sent to you by email. This gives us time to review your information and prepare for your visit.

🕰️ Arrival:
Plan to arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled appointment so you have time to get settled.

Your appointment may include supportive side-lying positioning, carefully placed pillows and bolsters, and extra time to settle in or change positions.

You can tell us what feels comfortable, what needs adjusting, and which areas you would like addressed or avoided. Relevant health updates and any guidance from your maternity provider help us plan appropriately.
