Holistic Care: Intended to heal the mind-body-spirit.

08/12/2026

Previous versions of me would have disappeared.

I would’ve isolated.
Pulled away.
Tried to figure everything out privately.
Waited until I was “okay” again before letting myself be seen.

But this season is teaching me something different.

I’m currently going through a separation, and while there are parts of this experience that will remain sacred and private, I also don’t want to pretend that healing only counts when it’s polished.

Sometimes healing looks like tears.

Sometimes it looks like uncertainty.

Sometimes it looks like grieving something while simultaneously knowing you’re making the right decision.

Healing out loud doesn’t mean sharing everything...

It means refusing to disappear simply because you’re not at the triumphant part of the story yet.

It means letting yourself be loved before you’ve tied everything into a neat little bow.

It means allowing joy, possibility, desire, laughter, work, friendship and hope to coexist with grief.

And that takes its own kind of audacity.

Because I’m realizing that audacity doesn’t always look like fearlessly declaring the huge thing you want.

Sometimes it looks like believing there is still more life waiting for you while you’re standing in the middle of an ending.

Believing you can grieve and desire.
Release and receive.
Be uncertain about what comes next and still believe something beautiful can.

I think that’s part of what this season is teaching me:

You don’t have to wait until you’re completely healed to believe in what’s next.

More on that soon. 🤍✨

For now, if you’re in your own season of becoming:

What are you choosing to believe is still possible for you?

08/11/2026

You probably don’t need another manifestation technique.

Another journal prompt.
Another vision board.
Another affirmation.
Another “high vibe” morning routine.

You might just need the audacity to admit what you actually want.

Because sometimes the problem isn’t that you don’t know how to manifest.

It’s what happens after you name the desire.

Your Wounded Goddess starts asking questions:

“But is that realistic?”
“Who do you think you are?”
“What if it doesn’t happen?”
“What will people think?”
“Shouldn’t you just be grateful?”
“What if you get your hopes up?”
“Do you really deserve that?”

And before you know it, you’ve negotiated your dream down into something that feels safer, smaller, and easier to explain.

That’s not a manifestation problem.

That’s a self-trust problem.

There comes a point where you have to stop asking for permission to desire the life that keeps calling you.

You don’t have to know exactly how it’s going to happen.

You don’t need evidence that it’s “reasonable.”

You don’t have to convince anyone else that you’re allowed to want it.

Sometimes the first act of manifestation is simply saying:

“Yes. I want that.”

And refusing to immediately talk yourself out of it... you need a little more audacity. ✨

🖤

You can be grateful for your life…
and still want more from it.

More peace.
More money.
More love.
More freedom.
More support.
More joy...whatever.

Somewhere along the way, a lot of us learned that wanting more meant we were ungrateful.

So we started calling settling “contentment.”

We stopped admitting what we really wanted because somebody else had it worse.

We talked ourselves out of desires because our lives were already “good enough.”

But gratitude was never supposed to become a cage.

You can appreciate what you have without pretending it’s all you desire.

You can say:

“I love what I’ve created AND I’m ready for more.”

“I’m thankful for where I am AND I know there’s another version of my life calling me.”

“I am blessed AND I still have desires.”

Both can be true.

Maybe it’s time for you to finally have the audacity to admit what you want. ✨

So tell me…

What are you calling into your life in this season?

Say it out loud in the comments. No shrinking. No explaining. No making it more “reasonable.”

The walls don't discriminate.

Yes, they can keep out betrayal, disappointment, and hurt.

But they can also keep out:

Love.
Friendship.
Support.
Opportunities.
Community.
Joy.

Healing isn't about becoming impossible to hurt.

It's about developing enough self-trust and discernment to decide what gets access to you.

You don't need everyone inside.

But you don't have to live behind the wall either.

Which Wounded Goddess is running your life? 👀

🌑 The Martyr: “Everyone else comes first.”

🤐 The Performer: “What if they don't like what I have to say?”

🥀 The Sleeping Goddess: “I don't even know what I want anymore.”

🌀 The Inner Persecutor: “But what if I'm wrong?”

And you may see yourself in more than one.

The good news?

The wound isn't your identity. It's a pattern.
And patterns can change.

You learned how to fit in. But what did it cost you?

Masking can look like constantly monitoring yourself, hiding overwhelm, suppressing your needs, and becoming whoever feels safest for the room.

And eventually, that can touch everything:

🌿 Health: exhaustion, stress, burnout.

💰 Wealth: hiding your ideas, gifts, creativity, or ambition.

❤️ Relationships: being loved for a version of you that you're exhausted from performing.

Maybe you don't need to become more acceptable.

Maybe you need to become more you.

Your inner Goddess has been there all along...
..begging to finally getting your attention. Here's how to know:

✨ Your light starts making some people uncomfortable.

✨ Your presence feels safe.

✨ Your intuition becomes harder to ignore.

Healing isn't always loud.

Sometimes it looks like trusting yourself a little more than you did yesterday.

Sometimes it looks like choosing peace over chaos.

Sometimes it looks like finally believing that the voice inside you deserves to be heard.

I’m grateful for Donald Trump.

Half jokingly. Half seriously. 😂

Because the chaos has reminded me of something:

Waiting for the world to become calm before you start living is a terrible plan.

You can care about what’s happening and still care for your health.

You can stay informed and still be present in your relationships.

You can acknowledge uncertainty and still pursue the job, business, opportunity, or life you want.

The world may never hand you perfect conditions.

Do it anyway.

Life is short. Protect your peace, love your people, build something meaningful, and stop postponing your life.

What have you been waiting for the “right time” to do?

Comment GODDESS and I’ll send you free access to The Goddess Beneath the Wound.

Because you may not control the chaos around you, but you can stop letting it decide what happens inside your own life. 🤍

Read this if you need the reminder today. 🤍

You've survived 100% of the days you thought you wouldn't.

You've found answers when you didn't think there were any.

You've adapted.

You've healed.

You've grown.

So why are you letting fear convince you that this time will be different?

You don't need to have the whole plan.

You just need the courage to take the next best step.

✨ And if you're ready to stop doubting yourself and start trusting yourself, GODDESS for free access to my masterclass, The Goddess Beneath the Wound.

I don't think purpose is something you magically discover one day.

I think it's something you remember.

For me...

The clues started with the Spice Girls. 💃

Looking back, I can see that I was always drawn to confidence, community, and women encouraging women.

Those weren't random interests.

They were breadcrumbs.

✨ So here's my challenge for you:

Think back to your childhood.

What lit you up?

What did you dream about?
What came naturally to you before the world told you who you should become?

Your purpose may not be hidden.

It may simply be waiting for you to remember.
