THANK YOU ALL🩷 I just wanted to give you all an update.

I just got out of urgent care, and thankfully my CT scan came back clear! 🙏🏼 There is no bleeding in my brain, no significant swelling or inflammation, and no signs of any serious damage. I'm incredibly grateful for that.

The doctors believe I most likely have a mild concussion, so they recommended that I get plenty of rest over the next few days and not push myself too hard with work while my brain recovers.

All of my clients who were scheduled for today have been rescheduled, and I just want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart for being so understanding, patient, and kind. It truly means so much to me. 🤍

Also, if you ever go to Carowinds, please be extra careful on the Carolina Cyclone. After I got home, I looked into it and found other people online describing very similar experiences after riding that coaster. I'm not saying everyone will have the same experience, but I definitely wish I had known beforehand. Please just take care of yourselves and listen to your body. 🎢

Hi everyone! 🩷 I just wanted to give you all a little update about something that happened on my day off.

On Wednesday, I took my kids to Carowinds🎢, and unfortunately, while riding the Carolina Cyclone, I bumped my head twice during the ride. I even temporarily lost my hearing for a few moments. Since then, I've been dealing with headaches that come and go.

I was still able to work the following day, and I've been trying to push through it, hoping it would get better. But at this point, I feel like I need to prioritize my health and get checked out to make sure everything is okay.

If you know me, you know how much it takes for me to cancel appointments. I truly hate doing it because I value your time and never want to let my clients down. 💔🥺😭

Right now, I'm still at urgent care waiting to be evaluated. I'm hoping it's nothing more than a mild concussion and that everything will be okay, but I probably won't have answers for another couple of hours.
