Reframing the thought of exercise from a chore to helping my body not feel like 💩 has really helped me want to get back to exercising again, regularly. I’m happy to be able to function again, without constant tension in my body.

I took a break to celebrate my birthday with my husband this week 💕 I turned 32, and we’ve been in 3 different states, enjoying time in the sun and seeing lots of cool sites!
I have availability for when I get back, starting on the 19th. Come in for a session in my studio soon!

I wanted to do the most for this type of service. It’s a special service that requires the service provider to listen to the clients body while also giving the best experience possible. Sessions are available to book on my page 🫶🏻
If I could go back and tell myself these things, I would have been less worried about if I was going to be able to sustain running my own business. I’m still growing, but I am so happy with where I am now 💗
