When I purchased this silicone granola bars tray from Aldi it came with a recipe on the back of the packaging. I tried the recipe last night. It is really good! It has more of a bread consistency(reminds me of zucchini bread). Will definitely make again!

Twas the night before school starts back!
Summer is quickly coming to a close. We are about to enter our Fall body season 😄. Keep the summer body momentum going by joining us for Soca Mi Shirt at 6pm at Black and Williams Community Center. You will be home in time to give the kids a bath, help lay out their clothes and fix their lunches.

The only charge is for you to put yourself FIRST, bring a towel, some water (you're going to need it!), a positive attitude, and a willingness to put up with my shenanigans 😂.

I wanted to share this meal prep goodie I found at ALDI USA . These have changed the meal prep game for me. They can go in the oven. The bar looking one is called a granola bar dish. But I made pancake sticks for breakfast. The egg muffins and pancake sticks popped right out with no issues! I am going to make my own granola bars too. The packaging came with a recipe on the back for granola bars and one for muffin pan for lava cake.

My egg muffin is 1 egg and 2 egg whites with tomatoes, spinach, cheese and turkey bacon pieces.

We got it in! 2.1 miles 40mins. We will do it again next Wednesday at 6pm. Meet us at the UK Arboretum.
