How's everyone's day going so far?

Mine is going great! I'm just working my way down my never-ending to-do list, checking things off one by one. It always feels good to make progress, even if there's still plenty left to accomplish!

Of course, I couldn't do any of it without my very dedicated supervisor... Baxter Busche. 🐶❤️ He has been following me everywhere today, making sure every task is completed to his very high standards. Bathroom break? Supervised. Laundry? Supervised. Emails? Definitely supervised. I think his favorite part of the job is making sure I stop every few minutes to give him belly rubs and tell him what a handsome boy he is. I'd say he's earning Employee of the Month once again! 😂

On Friday, things got so frustrating that Brooke literally had to take the phone out of my hands while I was talking with the phone company because... let's just say... 😳 I was seeing red. I may not have been the kindest customer they spoke with that day. 😂

Over the last two days, we called customer service more times than I can count. Every single representative seemed to have a different explanation, a different process, or a different excuse. It was enough to make anyone lose their mind!

Believe it or not, this entire nightmare started because BTAN LLC's voicemail wasn't properly connected to the network after the phone number was ported. Sounds simple, right?

Wrong.

That one issue sent us down a rabbit hole of one problem after another. 🤦‍♂️

Thankfully, today we finally reached someone who actually understood the technology, knew what they were doing, and got everything fixed once and for all.

I cannot tell you how relieved I am that everything is finally working the way it's supposed to. It's one less thing on my plate, and I am more than ready to move on from this nightmare!

Now... I'm going to enjoy the rest of my Sunday and pretend the last 48 hours never happened. 😂
