This has been heavy on my heart lately.

As business owners, we question so many things—whether we’re making the right decisions, what we’re doing well, and what we could be doing better. The truth is, we’ll never have it all figured out, and that’s okay. That’s part of the journey.

Don’t let anyone else define what success looks like for you. It doesn’t matter if your business starts small or big, simple or extravagant. Just start. Pour your heart into it, trust God, and allow Him to grow what you’ve planted.

Stay through the slow seasons, the long busy days, the moments when it’s just you in the salon and every chair is empty. Stay through the days when you feel like giving up. Because somewhere out there is someone who sees how far you’ve come and is grateful they found you as their stylist, artist, or beauty professional. Those are the moments that truly fill our hearts.

I’ve never been the best at talking about myself or even sharing all that Beauty Bar Z has accomplished. But I can confidently say that I have an incredibly talented team that genuinely loves what they do, and that is something I’m so proud of.

To every person who has walked through the doors of Beauty Bar Z and trusted us with your beauty journey—thank you. Thank you for every appointment, every referral, every kind word, and every review you’ve taken the time to leave. Your support has helped us grow into what we are today, and we are forever grateful.

When we opened our doors in 2019, we had no idea where this path would lead us. Through every challenge, lesson, and milestone, your support has helped us grow into what Beauty Bar Z is today. We are beyond grateful for each and every one of you and excited for all that’s still to come.
