to better protect my time and my business, i am implementing an updated cancellation policy effective immediately.

• appointments canceled with less than 24 hour notice will be charged 35% of the scheduled service. over 15 minutes late will be marked as a no show and the fee will be collected.
• cancellation fees must be paid before booking any future appointments.
