Just a little update as I’m getting back into the swing of things after maternity leave 🤎
I’ve had a few things happen leading up to my time off that made me realize I really need to be a little better about protecting my time and my business.
Most of you know that my schedule books out weeks, and sometimes months, in advance. When someone cancels last minute, it’s not always possible for me to fill that appointment, which means that time that was specifically set aside for you is now just sitting empty.
I completely understand that life happens. Things come up, plans change, kids get sick, etc. I will always do my best to work with you when I can. 🤎

But moving forward, I will be enforcing my 24-hour cancellation policy a little more closely.

Less than 24 hours’ notice = 50% of your scheduled service will be charged.

I don’t love having to have policies like this, but I also have to respect my own time, especially as a small business owner. I love what I do and I’m so thankful for every single person who chooses to spend their time and money with me.

Thank you guys for understanding and for always supporting me and my little business. It truly means more than you know. 🤎

I got an email today that I honestly wasn’t expecting… Beauty by Paige made the Top 5 for Lima’s Best of the Region in the aesthetic category! 🥹🤍

I’m not going to lie, I was genuinely shocked. I haven’t really promoted my business this year, especially with having a baby and being on maternity leave, so to see my name make the Top 5 means more to me than I can put into words.

To anyone who took the time to vote for me, recommend me, support my business, book with me, share my posts, or simply cheer me on….THANK YOU. It truly means so much to me. Coming back from maternity leave and getting this little surprise was pretty special. 🥹

And a huge congratulations to Lox Salon & Spa for making the Top 5 for Hair Salon! I seriously couldn’t ask for a better group of coworkers to share this with. I’m so lucky to work alongside some of the best people.

My little guy decided to come 3 weeks earlier than expected. I appreciate each of you who were flexible and understanding of me having to reschedule 3 weeks worth of clients…which you could imagine was stressful enough on its own 😅

The support from you all has been amazing over the last few months and for that I will always be so grateful.

I’d like to introduce my sweet baby boy Colson. I cannot wait to see you all but in the meantime I will be home soaking in all of these little moments.

My schedule online is accurate and you can get in to rebook your appointments if we had to cancel any or try to get in when I come back. There may be some days I open up but I will send out messages through the booking app when I decide to do so.

I’d also like to announce the winners of the fun little guessing giveaway I did. There were 2 people who were almost spot on. I couldn’t chose just one!
