Phenomenal Day Spa

🌿 COMING THIS OCTOBER — NEW SERVICES WITH DR. P 🌿

We’re excited to enter a new chapter at Phenomenal Day Spa with Dr. Phanomvan “P” Pongdara, LC, LMT, DMQ.

With her Doctor of Medical Qigong training, Dr. P is introducing a new focus on Preventative Medicine, bringing together the wisdom of Classical Chinese Medicine, Medical Qigong, and modern science to support whole-person health, balance, and vitality.

✨ A NEW ONLINE SERVICE CATEGORY
All of Dr. P’s services will now be found under one convenient category online, including Qigong Massage and her new preventative medicine services.

💚 SELECTED PRICE CHANGES
To reflect these changes and the rising costs of operating and providing quality care, there will be a price increase on selected massage services and memberships beginning in October.

We truly appreciate your understanding and continued support. We are committed to keeping our services accessible while also keeping up with the economy and continuing to provide you with the highest level of care.

Thank you for growing with us. ❤️

Prevent today. Thrive tomorrow.

🌿 A New Chapter in Preventative Wellness

Coming this October!

I’m honored to introduce a new service offering rooted in my journey as a Doctor of Medical Qigong.

After three years of intensive training in Classical Chinese Medicine and Medical Qigong, I’m excited to bring Medical Qigong Treatments into my practice with a focus on preventative medicine and whole-person wellness.

🌿 What is Medical Qigong?
Medical Qigong combines gentle movement, breathwork, mindfulness, and traditional principles to support the connection between body, mind, and spirit.

Sessions may focus on:
✨ Supporting overall health and vitality
✨ Stress and emotional balance
✨ Breath and movement practices
✨ Lifestyle and wellness awareness
✨ Energy and constitutional balance
✨ Personalized preventative practices

My philosophy is simple: your health is an ongoing practice—not something we should only think about when we become sick.

This is about learning to listen to your body, creating balance, and taking an active role in your own wellness journey.

Prevent today. Thrive tomorrow. 🌿
