Her dedication, creativity, drive, and fearlessness when it comes to change continues to push D’Covi forward. She’s never been afraid to do things differently, take risks, or challenge the way things have always been done. That’s a big part of what makes D’Covi what it is today.

But what makes Lindsey an incredible boss goes far beyond business growth. She genuinely cares about the people behind the brand. She supports our careers outside of D’Covi, shows up when life throws us curveballs, communicates with us, encourages us, and wants to see us succeed in whatever we do.

So today, we’re celebrating the woman who keeps us moving forward, pushes us outside our comfort zones, and reminds us that change is scary… but so is staying the same. 😉
