Keeping it simple sometimes when you’re in a rush with your skincare is not always a bad thing.

Some days you may not have time for the full routine—and that’s okay! Your skin still needs the basics: cleanse, moisturize, and protect.

Using acid-based body washes, chemical exfoliants, or abrasive scrubs too close to your waxing appointment may increase sensitivity and irritation.

Although these products help remove dead skin cells, overuse can compromise the skin’s natural barrier. When the barrier is weakened, waxing may feel more uncomfortable, and the skin may be more likely to cause irritation.

The goal is healthy, hydrated skin NOT over-exfoliated skin.
