“This is the day which the LORD hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.” Psalm 118:24

Whatever this week brought you, take a breath. You don’t have to have everything figured out to enjoy today. There’s still room for a laugh, a little rest, and a fresh start. God hasn’t forgotten you! ❤️
Pray about what’s heavy. Make room for what’s good. Walk into today with faith and purpose.

MEET THE WOMAN BEHIND A BETTER U MASSAGE ❤️

Some of you have been with me for YEARS, and some of you are new to my page, so I thought it was time to properly introduce myself.

I’m Teffany Garth, MMT: Master Massage Therapist and owner of A Better U Massage here in Little Rock, Arkansas.

I began my journey in massage therapy in 1997, and almost 30 years later, I can truly say I still love what I do.

A Better U Massage is more than a place to come in, get a massage and leave. My goal has always been to create a professional space where my clients can slow down, take care of themselves and receive bodywork that is intentional and tailored to what THEY need.

Over the years, my work has grown and evolved. Today, my practice includes therapeutic massage, myofascial work, lymphatic drainage, post-operative lymphatic care, TMJ/Buccal massage, facial and lymphatic sculpting, and focused head, neck and shoulder work.

And one thing about me💯😊I’m going to keep LEARNING. ❤️

I’ve been doing this a long time, but I never want my years of experience to make me think I know everything. I continue investing in advanced education and hands-on training because this profession continues to grow, and I want to grow with it.

When you trust me with your care, I take that seriously.

I’m thankful for every client who has walked through my doors over the years, from those who have been with me for decades to the person who may be considering booking their very first appointment.

Almost 30 years later, I’m still learning, still growing, still serving and still grateful that I get to do what I love. ❤️

That’s the woman behind A Better U Massage.
