In April 2012, Lisa Whitley opened the doors to Belize Salon and Day Spa. With her daughter, Madison Graves, already working as a hairstylist, she always had a vision that one day she would take over the salon and become its owner. ❤️

Well, that time has officially come! 🎉

As of August 14, 2026, Madison is officially the NEW OWNER of Belize Salon and Day Spa! 🥂✨

We are so excited for this next chapter and couldn’t be happier knowing that things at Belize will continue just as they always have. The only thing changing is who’s paying the bills! 😂💸

Now, let’s address the BIGGEST question everyone has been asking…

NO, Lisa is NOT going anywhere, and NO, she is NOT retiring! 🙌🏼❤️

She has cut back her hours just a little more so she can spend extra time enjoying those precious grandbabies, and she has officially handed the salon over to Madison so she can enjoy a little less stress and fewer bills! 😉 But don’t worry, Lisa’s clients… she’ll probably still be doing hair in her 90s! 😂✂️❤️

We are incredibly thankful for all of our girls at the salon who have been so supportive and excited about this change. Your encouragement means more than you know! 💕

And to our wonderful clients who we have already shared this news with, THANK YOU for all the kind words, love, and encouragement you’ve shown Madison. We are so grateful for each and every one of you and for the continued support you have given Belize Salon and Day Spa throughout the years. We wouldn’t be where we are today without YOU! 🫶🏼

Belize has always been about more than just hair, nails, and massage. It’s about family, friendships, laughter, and making people feel beautiful inside and out. And that will NEVER change. ❤️
