💇🏻‍♀️ Hair Maintenance Timeline 🗓️⬇️

✨ Because Healthy Hair Is Built in Consistency, Not One Appointment 💁🏻‍♀️

DAILY CARE
* Scalp massage (2–5 minutes) to stimulate circulation
* Brush or detangle hair every day to prevent breakage
* Heat protectant before any styling tools (non-negotiable!!)
* Apply hair oil to mid-lengths and ends to add hydration and reduce splits
* Hydration + nutrition (very important part of your routine—also non-negotiable!!)
* Keep hair secured / in a protective style while sleeping to reduce friction
* Further protect hair at night with a silk or satin bonnet and/or pillowcase

WEEKLY CARE
* Shampoo & condition (frequency based on scalp and hair needs)
* Deep conditioning or moisture mask
* Scalp treatment (soothing, balancing, or exfoliating as needed)
* Clarifying shampoo only when buildup is present
* Clean brushes and combs to prevent re-dirtying your hair
* Limit excessive heat styling to maintain moisture and integrity

MONTHLY CARE
* Root or grey coverage maintenance (if needed)
* Gloss or toner refresh depending on tone and fade
* Bond repair treatment to maintain strength and elasticity
* Scalp detox to reset buildup and product balance
* Bang trim, dusting, or haircut maintenance (if needed)
* Evaluate products + adjust routine based on seasonal needs

EVERY 2–3 MONTHS
* Full haircut or structured maintenance trim
* Professional treatment to restore strength and shine
* Color/highlight/balayage maintenance (if needed)
* Seasonal routine refresh (products, moisture levels, styling habits)
* Extension maintenance or move-up (if worn)
* Hair goals check-in + adjustment of maintenance plan
* Deep clean brushes and hot tools to remove off product buildup
