A deep conditioner is perfect for restoring moisture, softness, and manageability. So it can make a great choice for routine maintenance at home or at the salon, and for silk presses/other services.
The hair mask is typically more concentrated and is used best for hair that needs intensive repair from dryness, heat damage, or chemical services.
