Don’t just collect your numbers.
Learn what they mean.

We hear these numbers so often that it’s easy to stop paying attention.

But there’s a difference between knowing your number and understanding your health.

What’s normal for you?
Is something changing?
Does the number fit what’s happening with you at that moment?

And remember: one number by itself doesn’t always tell the entire story.
