The Body Mechanics

The vision for this practice was big. Fair pay for therapists. Quality care for clients. Changing minds about how massage therapy fit within health and wellness care.

And it has been great. But now we are hitting a bump in the road and it's too big ignore anymore.

Our therapists are experiencing extended downtime, beyond just a normal slow period. And we know, there are a lot of folks who are having to choose between groceries and self-care. If that's you, we are so sorry to know how hard things are. We truly understand.

Even if massage is completely not an option, if you believe in this practice, or it has in some way helped make your day a little better, we need a few favors to help us make it through.

1. Write us a google review. Name your therapist, what they helped you with. Make it genuine, you never know who may be struggling with the same issues you were having, and they may not know massage can benefit them.

2.Share our posts. The more interactions we have, the more Facebook puts our information out. Commenting, sharing, sharing pictures, all costs nothing but helps tremendously.

3. Refer a friend. Maybe it isn't the right season for you, but it may be for someone you know. Those referrals are the highest honor our clients can give us. Because every referral say "I trust you so much, I want you to care for the people I care for."

If a full body treatment is out of your price range, don't forget we also offer 30 minute targeted sessions to help with headaches and neck pain, foot pain, low back pain, etc.

We are truly here to help, and we are grateful for all the support we have received to have been able to serve our community for 7.5 years now.
