and I come from different training backgrounds but we still speak the same movement language and understand what we’re trying to accomplish in each exercise.
While I teach many classical Pilates exercises, I don’t always teach them in a strictly classical format. Zola is an incredible classically trained instructor with a deep understanding of the traditional method.
Different approaches, same goal: helping people move well and feel good in their bodies. 👏🏼
