Let’s talk about upper lip lines...
This patient came in with concerns of fine lines above her upper lip. We recommended starting with a little lip filler in the lips for support, paired with Botox to help smooth the lines and prevent them from getting worse.
The next step in her treatment plan will be Microneedling to stimulate collagen, with a little extra attention above the lip to continue smoothing without risking an unnatural result.

If you have melasma you already know that melasma is stubborn and tricky to manage. Heat, sun exposure, hormone fluctuations and even inflammation can all make it worse.
The only patients with melasma we will treat (with skin treatments) during the summer months are those who are committed to wearing a wide brimmed hat, sunscreen and are not about to go on a tropical vacation. It’s that sensitive!
We have several treatments we love for Melasma, but SylfirmX is one of our favorite options. It targets the vascular component often associated with melasma, helping improve discoloration at the source with little to no chance of flaring the melasma (which is often a risk with most treatments!)
