✨ My fav anti-aging supplement for yall! 👇
https://lvnta.com/lv_tiyeMlEYep72975iSM
These are the simple meals I eat to stay strong, energized and glowing at 60. ✨
Nothing complicated. Just real, nourishing food I actually enjoy eating — and can make without spending hours in the kitchen.
Here’s what I ate today 👇
🫐 Breakfast — Collagen Berry Bowl
▪ Full-fat Greek yogurt
▪ Vanilla protein + collagen
▪ Mixed berries
▪ Chia seeds
▪ Walnuts + cinnamon
🥗 Lunch — Salmon Power Salad
▪ 150g salmon
▪ Big handful of mixed greens
▪ Avocado
▪ Cucumber + cherry tomatoes
▪ Olive oil + fresh lemon
▪ Handful of pumpkin seeds
🥩 Dinner — Turmeric Beef Bowl
▪ 160g lean beef
▪ Roasted sweet potato
▪ Broccoli + spinach
▪ Ginger + garlic + turmeric
▪ Olive oil + squeeze of lemon
One thing I’ve learned as I’ve gotten older: the basics matter more than anything.
Protein. Healthy fats. Colorful whole foods. Strength training. Sleep. And doing those things consistently instead of chasing the newest “anti-aging” trick.
But there’s also one morning habit that has stayed part of my routine: supporting my NMN levels. 🧬
I started looking into NMN because it plays an important role in cellular energy, and our levels naturally decline as we age.
It isn’t a replacement for eating well or taking care of yourself — I think of it as something I do alongside all of those basics.
Every morning, right along with breakfast. At this point, it’s just part of my routine.
The exact one I use is linked in my bio. It’s an Amazon Best Seller for a reason.

👉 Save this for your next meal idea
💬 Which meal would you try first — breakfast, lunch or dinner?
I’m 60 and I eat my estrogen. No prescription, no clinic, just the same 8 things on my plate every day.
Here’s what actually works after menopause 👇
🌾 1. GROUND FLAXSEED, 2 TABLESPOONS
Ground, never whole. Whole seeds pass straight through you. Flax has the highest lignan content of any food, and lignans are the phytoestrogens that soften what your body stopped making. Keep it in the fridge or the oils go rancid.
🧬 2. Liposomal NMN every morning
After 40 your cellular energy drops by nearly half. This is the fuel your cells run on to repair themselves overnight. The one habit I’d never give up. (Linked in my bio 🔗)
🥦 3. CRUCIFEROUS VEG, DAILY
Broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, sprouts. They give you DIM, which helps your liver clear old estrogen instead of letting it park on your hips.
🫘 4. CHICKPEAS AND LENTILS
Isoflavones plus fiber. The fiber matters just as much, because it carries used estrogen out instead of letting it recirculate.
🍶 5. FERMENTED SOY, NOT PROCESSED SOY
Tempeh, miso, edamame. Whole fermented soy is what the research is on. Soy isolate in a protein bar is not the same thing.
🥛 6. KEFIR OR GREEK YOGURT
Your gut bacteria decide how much estrogen you keep and how much you clear. Feed them daily and the rest works better.
🐟 7. SARDINES OR SALMON
Omega-3s calm the inflammation that drives midsection weight after 60. Four times a week.
🫐 8. BERRIES AND WALNUTS
Antioxidants for the collagen menopause strips out, and enough fat to end the 3pm craving.
Eight foods, all of them at any supermarket.
I didn’t stay slim at 60 by eating less. I stayed slim by eating the things my body stopped making.

📩 Send this to a woman told this is just her age now.
I’ve always been curious about women who somehow seemed to age differently.
Not just because of how they looked.
They had this energy about them. They looked rested, confident, strong, and comfortable in their own skin.
So over the years, I started paying attention to what they actually did.
These are the 7 habits I ended up stealing:
1. They protect their sleep. 😴
They don’t constantly sacrifice sleep and then wonder why they feel exhausted the next day.
2. They prioritize protein. 🍳
Nothing complicated. They just make sure protein is part of their everyday meals.
3. They lift weights. 🏋️♀️
They care about staying strong and maintaining muscle as they get older.
4. They walk every day. 🚶♀️
Not every workout needs to be intense. They just keep their bodies moving.
5. They protect their skin. ☀️
SPF became a daily habit instead of something they remembered only on sunny days.
6. They take NAD+ in their morning routine. 🧬
I started paying more attention to NAD+ as I got older because it plays an important role in cellular energy metabolism. The broader benefits of NAD+ supplementation are still being studied.
7. They make themselves a priority. 🤍
They take care of everyone else without completely forgetting about themselves.
And honestly, none of these are particularly exciting.
That’s what I love about them.
You don’t need a complicated routine to start taking better care of yourself. You just need a few things you can actually stick with.
I put more of the habits I’ve learned over the years into The Ageless Blueprint, my FREE ebook.
It’s basically the routine I wish I had when I first started noticing my body, energy, and skin changing.

I'm 60. These are the 6 rules I almost never break 👇 (SAVE THIS) #3 is the one I'd never skip
Nothing extreme. Just simple healthy-aging habits that became non-negotiable for me.
☀️ 1. SPF every single morning
UV exposure adds up over time. Protecting my skin daily is far easier than trying to fix years of sun damage later.
🥩 2. Protein at every meal
After 40, maintaining muscle matters even more. Protein also gives your body the building blocks for healthy skin, hair, and nails.
🧬 3. Liposomal NAD every morning
The one I'd never give up. As we age, cellular energy (NAD+) drops significantly — and cells without enough fuel slow down on the daily repair that keeps skin firm and fresh. NAD is the fuel your cells use to make energy and repair, so keeping it topped up helps them keep up. It's the foundation everything else works better on top of. If you start one thing, start here. (The exact one I use is linked in my bio 🔋)
💧 4. Water before coffee
I hydrate first thing every morning. Boring, free, and ridiculously easy to stick with.
🚶♀️ 5. Move every day
Even when I don't work out, I walk. Consistent movement supports muscle, circulation, and healthy aging.
😴 6. Protect my sleep
I aim for 7–8 hours, because recovery is part of my anti-aging routine too.
The biggest lesson I've learned? You don't need a complicated routine. You need simple habits you'll still be doing years from now. ✨

I'm not a doctor — just a woman sharing what actually working, in case it helps you too. ☺️
☀️ 1. morning sunlight, no sunglasses - 10 min in your eyes resets your circadian rhythm + drops the cortisol that quietly eats collagen all day.
🔋 2. liposomal NAD - my non-negotiable. by 50 your cellular energy drops by almost half, so skin cells run out of fuel to repair. NAD acts like a power charger so they rebuild firm, fresh skin. (the one i use each morning is linked in my bio 🧬)
💧 3. water before coffee - you wake up dehydrated; rehydrate first or caffeine just deepens the flat, crepey look.
🥩 4. 30g protein every meal - muscle is the anti-aging organ. it holds your skin up and your metabolism young.
🧴 5. SPF every day, even indoors - 90% of visible aging is UV, and it comes through windows too.
🌙 6. retinol at night, vitamin C in the morning - turnover while you sleep, brightening + collagen support by day.
😴 7. glycine before bed - the amino acid your body builds collagen from, and it drops your core temp for deep repair sleep.
🐟 8. omega-3s daily — rebuild the skin’s lipid barrier so it holds moisture and bounces back.
💆♀️ 9. gua sha with real pressure - firm along the jaw + cheekbones, soft strokes do nothing.
🚶♀️ 10. a daily walk - zone 2 circulation shows up straight in your skin.
consistency is the whole secret. boring on purpose.

if a woman came to mind reading this, she’s exactly who it’s for - send it to her.
If you're from the USA, here's 6 boring things that keep me looking younger 👇 (SAVE THIS)
🚶♀️ 1. 10k steps split into 3 walks
Three insulin-sensitivity resets a day beats one long grind — and it shows up in your skin before it shows up in your jeans.
🥩 2. 30g protein before coffee
Caffeine on an empty stomach spikes cortisol. Protein first protects the collagen your stress would've otherwise eaten away.
🔋 3. Liposomal NAD
Taken in the morning, but it's the reason the nights work. By 50, cellular energy (NAD+) is nearly half of what it was in your 20s — and that energy is exactly what your skin runs on to repair itself overnight. Less fuel, slower repair, tired-looking skin no matter what you put on it. This is the one supplement I noticed a real difference from within weeks — less puffiness, more energy, skin that actually looks rested. Of everything I've tried, it's the one I'll never stop taking. (The exact NAD supplement is linked in my bio )
🧊 4. 2 minutes of cold metal on the face
Tightens, de-puffs, wakes up circulation. A chilled spoon works. So does a ladle. Ask my comments — I get this question constantly.
☀️ 5. SPF even inside the car
UVA comes straight through windshields — the driver's side of your face ages faster if you drive daily. Look it up, then look at a trucker.
😴 6. Bed by 10:30, no debate
Every habit above gets cashed in during deep sleep. Skip it, and the rest is just decoration.
None of it is fancy. All of it compounds. 🤍
If someone came to mind while reading #6, send her this.

your arms haven’t been above your head in years and you never noticed it happening. you just stopped reaching, moved everything to the lower shelf, and called it being organised.
I’m 60. I hung trom a bar tor two minutes a day, every day, for a month. feet on the floor whenever i needed them, twenty seconds at a time at first.
seven things i noticed change:
💆♀️ 1. lymphatic drainage, daily - gua sha, dry brushing, face massage. it’s the de-puffing + circulation trick behind that “lit from within” skin.
🔋 2. NMN every morning - the one i’d never give up. NAD+ (your cells’ repair fuel) drops with age, so your cells slow down on repair. NMN is what your body turns back into NAD+ to keep them running. (the one i use is linked in my bio 🧬)
🧴 3. SPF like it’s religion - the real “model secret” is they protect their skin obsessively. most visible aging is sun, and it comes through windows too.
😴 4. sleep is sacred - “beauty sleep” is literal. collagen gets made in deep sleep. magnesium + glycine, cool dark room.
💧 5. hydration + electrolytes - for glowing skin and steady all-day energy instead of flat and depleted.
🧘♀️ 6. long-line strength + posture - pilates, walking, carrying themselves tall. presence and posture read as confidence at any age.
🔴 7. they invest in recovery - red light, sauna, facials, cold. skin and energy from the outside in, it was never genetics or starving, it’s consistency and recovery - that’s the actual secret.

I’ll be 60 this year. Here are the 5 simple habits I actually build my mornings and nights around. 👀
None of them are dramatic. All of them are things I do without fail, and I wish someone had handed me this list twenty years ago.
The morning flush.
Before I even touch coffee, I drink a tall glass of room-temperature water with lemon and a pinch of sea salt. It’s the one habit I never skip.
Eating my glow fats.
Half an avocado, a handful of walnuts, a good drizzle of olive oil — every single day. I stopped fearing fat in my 50s, and my skin has thanked me for it since.
The silk & seal rule.
Moisturizer, a few drops of jojoba or rosehip oil pressed on top, and I sleep only on a silk pillowcase now. It’s a small luxury, but I wake up looking like I actually rested.
My nightly reset.
Five minutes of slow breathing before bed — in for four, hold for four, out for four. Stress catches up with all of us, and this is the easiest way I’ve found to put it down before sleep.
My NMN routine.
Our bodies naturally make less NAD+ as we get older, and NMN is simply the building block for it — that’s really the whole reason I started taking it every morning. It’s become one of my quiet, non-negotiable habits.
None of this is dramatic. And every habit takes less time than scrolling this reel did.
If I’m honest, though, habit 5 is the one I’d keep if I had to give up all the others. The first four work from the outside in — NMN is the one that feels like it’s working from the inside out, which is where glow really starts.
Some mornings I swear it replenishes my energy before I’ve even had coffee, and most days it just makes me feel younger, lighter, more like myself. It’s the habit my whole morning is built around.
I wish someone had handed me this secret at 40. So I’m handing it to you now. 🤍
Comment ENERGY and I’ll send you exactly what I take every morning, straight to your DMs. 🍷✨

I’m in my 60s, and I definitely don’t accept feeling exhausted and looking tired.
Here’s my daily routine that allows me to look in my 40’s at 60.

9 Foods + My Biggest Glow Secret 👇
If we were sitting at my kitchen table with coffee and you asked me what I actually eat for my skin… this is what I’d tell you. 🤍
Nothing fancy. Most of it comes from my normal Walmart run here in Austin. Just foods that are part of my normal routine.
🥚 Eggs — easy protein
🫐 Blueberries — almost every day
🥑 Avocado — healthy fats
🥬 Spinach — wherever I can add it
🐟 Salmon — one of my favorite dinners
🥜 Walnuts — my easy snack
🍠 Sweet potatoes — simple and filling
🥣 Greek yogurt — quick protein
💧 Water — boring, but I notice when I slack
And #10 isn’t actually a food. It’s something I wish I’d learned about years earlier…
🧬 NAD+ support.
I was eating well, exercising and doing all the “right” things, but I still had days when my energy just didn’t feel like it used to.
I kept thinking, “How am I doing all this and still feeling so OFF?” Then a girlfriend told me about NAD.
And that’s when I started learning more about NAD+. It plays an important role in cellular energy, and our NAD+ levels naturally decline as we get older.
So I added a liposomal NAD+ supplement to my morning routine.
For me, it’s become one of those little habits I stay consistent with—alongside good food, movement, sleep and taking care of my skin.
Because at 60, I’ve learned that looking after my skin isn’t about one miracle food or product. It’s everything you do consistently. 🤍
🌿 Comment “GLOW” and I’ll send you my skin-care tips + exactly what I use in my routine.
📌 Save this for your next grocery run.
