It’s officially an olive girl summer! 🫒 Juicy tomatoes, crisp cucumbers, briny olives, and tangy feta, all glossed in our new Kalamata Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Instructions below to make our favorite 5-minute, 5 ingredient appetizer.

Ingredients:
• Cherry tomatoes
• Mini Persian cucumbers
• Block of feta
• Kalamata olives
• Brightland Kalamata Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• Flakey salt
• Black pepper

Instructions:
• Cut your feta, cucumber, and tomatoes into bite sized pieces.
• Arrange them in a tidy alternating grid.
• Place Kalamata olives throughout.
• Finish with a generous drizzle of Brightland Kalamata Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
• Season with flaky salt and freshly cracked black pepper!
