The answer to healthy skin is simple.
Focus on the ingredients.
Only use ingredients which add value to your skin and make sure that the molecule is small enough to actually pe*****te into your skin.
When it comes to anti aging, acne, rosacea, etc - I focus on the root cause. I study what exactly happens to our skin when we are faced with these things and that tells me all the information I need to know.
For example: aging/fine lines/wrinkles... that can be attributed to the fact that our body naturally stops producing certain key elements that maintain ‘youthful skin’. Such as: collagen, elastin, lipids. And by replenishing what our body naturally stops producing, we therefore slow down the aging process and maintain that ‘youthful’ glow. ✨
I will sometimes alternate my routine but generally, this is it. I stick to simple ingredients + products that I KNOW, for a fact, will give me my desired results. I trust in science, research and most importantly; the human body.
For the past 5 months, I’ve been working on growing our social media presence.
