Silence is golden until you’re suffering in it. Resolution and progress cannot coexist with avoidance and complacency. Knowing how to communicate the right messages to the intended audience is the key to calming that voice screaming inside of you. We don’t want to only be heard. We seek to be understood.

Don’t ask questions, if you don’t want the answers.

Summer bodies start now and I am spending the Spring with ! I’m on the journey to put on as much muscle as possible before cutting down just in time for that Summer heat and bikini season.

The Naked Whey Protein is super clean with only three ingredients (whey, dried strawberries, & organic coconut sugar), no additives or fillers. My morning and night smoothies are simple and light.

Naked BCAAs are pharmaceutical grade and perfect for post-workout recovery. It works a little too well because I won’t feel sore the next day after drinking it. But I know I still need to do a light shake-out to get sweat going and blood flowing to those deep tissue muscles and remove that lactic acid.

And of course, Naked Greens because guess who doesn’t eat enough veggies everyday? Me 🙋🏽‍♀️

Step into the time machine with me Wednesday evening 5PST/7CST/8EST. It’s all temporary. Pain is just an illusion. 💫✨

Be there at 5PST/ 7CST/ 8EST! I will be taking it easy to begin. We ended off with some pretty advanced circuits during the Summer. So I’m starting from the bottom to build back up to those exercises. Remember, I don’t care how many reps you do as long as you don’t quit. Hopping back in the circuit after a pause to regroup is where the growth happens, I promise.
