God made no mistakes when he created the body.
It is literally built to heal itself.

We've become obsessed with taking a pill/supplement/injection to "manage" us instead of understanding just how powerful of a system we actually own!

So maybe it's time to start learning from those who have done it.
Maybe it's time to stop the pill popping mentality and sit your gorgeous 🍑 down and start doing the work that needs to be done to actually heal.

For Dr. Joe Dispenza it was meditation.

For me it was being dedicates to TCM.

Both required a change. Both required commitment and both healed us. I am by no means on his level but I do know one thing, your body is built to heal itself you just need to know how.
