When I first started Pilates,I thought teaching was about memorizing every cue, every spring setting, and every exercise sequence perfectly. But very quickly when I went to my mentor to learn to actually teach Pilates my “why” shifted.

I realized that Pilates isn’t just about moving physical bodies through a workout. It’s about creating a soft place to land—a space where people can feel seen, supported, and deeply connected to themselves.

That realization is exactly why I do this work. I don’t believe in training cookie-cutter instructors who repeat scripts. I believe in helping you find your own authentic voice, so you can teach with genuine confidence, deep intuition, and heart.
