just wanna be in a garden everyday for the rest of my life pls
i can assure you that this strawberry cheesecake matcha does NOT taste like grass
i love going to the beach to just spend time thanking God for His beautiful creation & the blessing that it is to be living in california. i feel His presence deeply when i am listening to the ocean
my bevs of choice on this particular day:
- cayenne lemon ginger bone broth (code: intunewithalexa) + collagen (code: intunewithalexa) + fresh lemon
- a lil shot of lymph tonic + .world detox drops
- water w salt throughout the day
- coffee + milk + cream + (code: alexa) + maple syrup &
- mocktail with 1/4 & 1/2 sparkling mineral water + lemon squeeze
- glass of raw milk (usually it’s bone broth hot chocolate but wasn’t feeling like doing all the work)
- ginger hibiscus tea + forgot to mention i added a scoop collagen as well (ALWAYS before bed 💤
was thinking about all of the drinks I consume in a day & thought this would be fun & somethin a lil different 🫣
let’s be real here: you do NOT need the “new wellness gadget”, you need to go back to the basics!!!
people LOVE to say that being healthy is soooo expensive but….
morning sunlight = $0
moving your body = $0
staying hydrated = $0
getting 8+ hours of sleep = $0
spending time with Jesus = $0
educating yourself on your cycle = $0
it’s crazy how much can change when u get morning sunlight, eat healthy, move your body, & get some sleep…
not even being dramatic when i say this… this is the best lash lift i have ever gotten.
YES im nontoxic 99% of the time honestly. i have no chemicals in my house, in my skincare, body care, or hair care. my food is all clean ingredients, my clothes are almost 90% natural fibers now but YANNO WHAT!!! i love to get a lash lift 1 time a year for fun! it lasts a few months & i just lovvvvcve having it. i dont wear makeup really ever? its only blush & brow gel basically so this is so much fun for me ♥️
did a 1000000/10 job & i will definitely be back !!!

your circadian rhythm helps regulate things like sleep/wake cycles, hormones, energy, and recovery.
blue-enriched light at night can signal to your body to “stay awake,” while warmer lighting after sundown may help create a better environment for your body & mind to fall asleep & get better sleep!
every night after sundown:
- I turn my phone to a red filter
- I put on red lens glasses to block out blue light
- I turn my .shop lights & nightlights on
I know it’s crazy that something as small as changing your light bulbs can affect so much…. but it’s true!!
