Yesterday was one of those days that stays with you. ✨
A room filled with beautiful energy, open hearts, curiosity, connection, and a little bit of magic.
Our Reiki 1 workshop, led by Donavon Lockett was, in many ways, an invitation to reconnect - to our energy, our intuition, our bodies, and to the quiet space underneath the noise.
Thank you to everyone who showed up with an open heart and trusted us to hold space for you. 🤍
I’m still processing the energy from yesterday… needing to just be. But feeling abundantly grateful. 🧿

My Fall 🍂 skin prescription:
Every September my clients ask me the same thing: “What should I be doing for my skin now that summer’s over?”
Here’s 3 simple tips:
✨ Reset with a facial.
Summer sun, heat and travel add up. A professional facial resets your skin so your routine can actually work.
✨ Layer your hydration.
Cooler air gets drier. A hydrating serum under your moisturizer keeps your barrier happy.
✨ Keep wearing SPF.
Every single day. Yes, even when it’s cloudy.

I’ve always appreciated this time of year. While our January New Year often feels busy with goals and resolutions, the Jewish New Year gives me permission to pause.

These past few days in Amsterdam with my family reminded me that sometimes the greatest reset is simply being present.

From baby oil to barrier care. ✨
Since my favorite decade is the 80s, I had to hop on the trend. This was fun!!!! 🤩
The 9/9 portal is often associated with completion and release — letting go of what no longer serves you so you can make room for what’s next. A beautiful reminder to pause and reflect:
What are you ready to leave behind?
What needs to be realigned?
What possibilities are you finally ready to make space for?
9/9 is a reminder to check in with your energy… just like you check in with your skin.

On September 27th, I’m hosting a Reiki 1 Workshop with my own Reiki practitioner and friend Donavon Lockett, someone I trust completely.
I’ve wanted to go deeper into this work for a long time, not to add another modality to my treatments, but because I believe it’ll make me a better practitioner.
