"I bought this Ranger discovery wheelchair for my husband February 18 2025 from Amazon.
My husband has been newly diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease. The disease has limited his leg movements and often times he’s not able to move at all.
The Ranger has been a godsend. We went on a 10 day family vacation to Hawaii. Using the chair everyday worked flawlessly. Charged the batteries three times during the ten days.
With his disease exercise is very important. Every morning, near the resort he would push his wheelchair for exercise for as long as he could.
My husband was able to go almost everywhere sightseeing on the island. It was wonderful.
Customer service was also wonderful. Returned my call within five minutes. (I needed help with the warranty registration card.)

"Dear Porto Mobility,

Even though I’m a big guy, for most of my life I’ve been a pretty active person. My job required a lot of time walking through museums, and attending conferences at sprawling convention centers. On my days off my wife and I enjoyed long walks at zoos or on nature trails where I could photograph wildlife.

Then my health started to deteriorate, and I gradually lost my ability to walk more than a few feet. I had to stop doing all the things I enjoyed. I reluctantly made the decision to purchase a power chair so I could continue to do my job effectively.

There are only a handful of power chairs that can handle my weight. From that short list, I chose the Ranger Beast because of its light weight and ability to fold. I couldn’t be happier with the decision! The Beast is rugged and handles dirt trails and broken sidewalks with ease. There’s room for my oxygen generator under the seat. It can handle slopes well, and with its Lithium batteries its range is absolutely phenomenal!

Most importantly, The Beast has given back to me a part of my life I thought I had lost forever. I can once again take long walks with my wife to museums, zoos, and nature trails. This Christmas, we went to San Simeon on the California coast to see the elephant seals hauled out on the beach.

"Morning Al, KC Brad here. I purchased the 2024 Ranger Maestro in April this year. After buying 3 other brand of chairs , each I returned due to various reason I found the Ranger Maestro. The Maestro was the only one that performed every task especially terrain wise. I get out and cruise my neighborhood and also go to parks and bike and jogging trails. "Just writing to thank you for offering such an incredible product. We traveled from Sacramento to San Diego/Carlsbad area this past week and Austin used his new Discovery chair. Flew down on Southwest Thursday afternoon and returned to Sacramento yesterday, Tuesday. Only had to charge the chair one time during the entire trip. Spent an entire day at SeaWorld and a day at LegoLand. The chair is amazing and he was so happy to have the independence and ability to get himself around on a trip without using a manual wheelchair.

Only problem we encountered was the handle on the travel big ripped off when the airline personnel lifted the chair...
