Your nail tech’s husband might have a few ghost stories… 👻🖤 Meet David Reagan, Michelle’s husband and co-founder of Paranormal 411 alongside Jason Scott!
David says his curiosity about the other side began with experiences seeing spirits throughout his life. Once he and Jason started investigating together, that curiosity grew into a podcast, three books, and documentary filmmaking.
Together, they co-host the Paranormal 411 podcast and wrote, directed, and produced The Legend of the Coochie Bo**er—which will screen at the Appalachian Paranormal Festival!
Outside of his paranormal work, David enjoys history, Native culture, reading, and philosophy.

Meet David Reagan, co-founder of Paranormal 411 alongside Jason Scott. A HUGE part of the reason the Appalachian Paranormal Festival has such a special connection to Nyx Nails!

David says his curiosity about the other side began with experiences seeing spirits throughout his life. When he and Jason started investigating together, that curiosity grew into a podcast, three books, and documentary filmmaking.

Together, they co-host the Paranormal 411 podcast and have written:
📚 East Tennessee Hauntings and Lore II, which includes Volume I
📚 The Haunted Ledger: Phantom Field Notes: Where Shadows Speak
📚 A Comprehensive Guide to Paranormal Investigations

They also wrote, directed, and produced The Legend of the Coochie Bo**er! (Yes, you read that correctly) Their documentary will screen at the festival, with a brief introduction from David and Jason before it plays. Their next documentary, The Devil’s Tramping Ground, is coming in 2027.

The festival partnership began when a mutual friend shared their vision with Loudon Parks & Recreation, who approached David about getting involved.

Away from paranormal investigations, David enjoys history, Native culture, reading, and philosophy (and of course he’s married to our beautiful Michelle! 🖤)
