Yesterday we had the pleasure of hosting Shannel from See Theory for an incredible day of education at EYEFUL.

Sometimes the best way to grow isn’t by learning the newest trend, it’s by going back to the basics. Shannel reminded us that many of the terms and definitions in our industry have become distorted over time, and understanding the true why behind our work changes everything.

This class challenged us to slow down, think differently, and truly see the theory behind every haircut we create. It opened our minds, strengthened our foundation, and took our education to a whole new level.

We’re so grateful for the opportunity to learn, grow, and continue investing in our craft. We can’t wait to bring everything we learned behind the chair and apply it to every guest who sits in it.

At EYEFUL, your Eco Fee helps support our partnership with Green Circle Salons, allowing us to recycle and recover up to 95% of our salon waste instead of sending it to the landfill.

Hair clippings.
Leftover hair color and chemicals.
Color tubes.
Used foils.
Gloves.
PPE.

Education is a huge part of who we are at EYEFUL. Every year we bring in some of the industry’s top educators to keep our team inspired, challenged, and constantly evolving behind the chair.

This week we had the honor of welcoming global educator into the salon for an incredible class focused on reds, coppers, and creating rich, dimensional color. Thank you, for encouraging us to step outside the box, push our creativity, and continue creating beautiful hair.

At EYEFUL, education is not optional. Our team commits to quarterly education and completes anywhere from 4-6 hours of advanced training as part of our culture. We truly believe that staying educated allows us to give our guests the best experience possible while continuing to grow as artists.

And we’re just getting started… another class is already lined up for June and we are over the moon to welcome our next educator into the salon soon. We cannot wait to share more with you all.
