Thanks for being so awesome ❤️❤️.

I updated my book cover + title so it actually reflects who this book is for and how it can help.

Nothing inside changed—it’s the same book, just clearer.

If you’re overwhelmed with food, confused about what’s healthy, or just want a simple, real-food approach… this is for you.

It’s only $1.99 on Kindle (or FREE with Kindle Unlimited) because my goal is to help as many people as possibles. You can also get the paperback for $7.99.

If you’ve read it—even with the previous cover—I’d truly appreciate you leaving a review on the new version. I did lose my reviews with the update, and your feedback helps more than you know. Amazon still allows reviews even if you didn’t purchase this exact version.

The updated planner with the new cover is coming very soon 👀

**Permanently Closed** (other than custom bulk orders)
In order to follow the deep calling God has placed on my heart, I have officially closed my business so I can give my full attention to my God-given ministry—my family.

If you’d like to learn how I healed my chronic illnesses naturally, overcame food addictions, and discovered how to eat a healthy diet in a simple, non-overwhelming way that is both science-supported and proven in my family’s life, you can find more in the book and healthy living planner I created. I poured over a decade of my personal experience into these resources.

They are available on Amazon by searching my name, Tej'a Spearman. You can also click the Amazon link in my bio.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for an incredible four years with West Texas Soap Co. God used this journey in ways I never could have imagined, and I am deeply grateful for every moment.

My new planner was intentionally designed for real life — not perfection.

I created it as a lifelong journal user who knows how frustrating cramped pages and tight bindings can be. That’s why it includes wider inner margins for comfortable writing, generous open space, and flexible layouts that adapt to you, not the other way around.

Every page was shaped by personal experience and real feedback from people actively working to heal their relationship with food — focusing on what actually helped and removing what didn’t.

This isn’t about rules or restriction.
It’s about awareness, consistency, and using food as a tool to support your body.

If you want more detailed guidance on what to eat and what to avoid — based on our personal experience healing our own bodies and family through food and natural methods — my new book pairs perfectly with this planner for a simple, all-in-one approach. HEALED Book 1: Taught A Lie

Both planner and book are available on Amazon by simply typing in my name into the Amazon search bar: Teja Spearman , or you can find them through my website www.tejaspearman.com where I will be sharing free grocery guides, recipes, tips, and more to help you along your journey.

✨ MY BOOKS ARE OFFICIALLY ON AMAZON ✨

This book takes the mystery out of eating healthy and healing your diet.
No trends. No extremes. No overwhelm.

It’s simple, straightforward, and built from the ground up—assuming you’re a total beginner who just wants to feel better and understand what they’re eating and why.

The companion planner & journal is designed to walk alongside that journey. I still use it myself for weekly meal planning, grocery shopping, and staying positive and consistent instead of stressed or discouraged.

Everything in this collection was built from over a decade of personal experience—learning the hard way, healing our family through food, and figuring out what actually works in real life.

This isn’t just for those facing chronic illness.
It’s for anyone who wants to:
• eat healthier
• prevent future disease
• simplify food choices
• feel confident instead of confused

If you’ve ever thought “I just want someone to explain this in a way that makes sense,” this was made for you.

📚 Both are available on Amazon! Just copy my name into Amazon ( Teja Spearman ) and they’ll both pop up!
