Time to get Nerdy and Educated! If you’ve ever wondered what those tiny brown dots are after a laser treatment… they’re called MENDS. ✨

MENDS are microscopic treatment zones created in the skin during laser treatment. As your skin heals, they can look darker, feel dry or rough, and sometimes have that “sandpaper” texture.

Because we used a higher setting for my treatment to more aggressively target pigment, mine may be a little more noticeable and take longer to naturally shed — and that can be completely expected during the healing process.

The biggest thing? Don’t pick, scrub, or exfoliate them off. Let your skin do its job and allow them to come off naturally. 🤍
