With 18 years behind the chair, Noel specializes in precision haircuts, styling, and color, with additional services including basic manicures and makeup application. She believes great hair is about more than looking good—it’s about helping people feel confident and cared for.

Known for her warm personality and attention to detail, Noel loves building genuine connections with every guest who sits in her chair. Outside the salon, you’ll find her traveling, spending time with her two handsome pups, or planning her next adventure.
