This cause is especially close to my heart. Heart disease has touched my own family, and I’ve seen firsthand what awareness and lifestyle changes can do. The people I love are still here today enjoying life.

That is something worth celebrating.

I’ll be there personally to welcome you, share some Ayurvedic wisdom around heart health and self-care, and hopefully have a little fun with all of you.
