Think Tank Tuesday 💡
At Greyley Wellness, flexibility is part of how we care for both our clients and our team.
Our Think Tanks give staff a private, soundproof space for telehealth sessions, phone calls, documentation, and quiet work time. This helps us keep office space available for in-person therapy sessions and client meetings while still making sure our team has the privacy and focus they need throughout the day.
And because thoughtful work deserves thoughtful appreciation, some Think Tank Tuesdays come with a little surprise: thank-you gift cards for our staff. ☕💛
Flexible spaces. Private work areas. A team that deserves to feel supported.
That’s what Think Tank Tuesday is all about.

To the men carrying more than they say — we see you.
Father’s Day can bring gratitude, joy, grief, pressure, exhaustion, or all of it at once. So many men are trying to lead, provide, protect, show up, and hold it together through the overwhelm of life.
You don’t have to do that alone.
This Father’s Day, we’re honoring the men who keep showing up — and reminding you that support is strength.
Greyley Wellness
A place to be supported, not just strong.

Monday reminder: You don’t have to have the whole week figured out today.
Start with one steady breath, one grounded choice, and one small step forward.
Progress counts, even when it’s quiet. ☀️

EMDR therapy can be a powerful option for people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or impacted by painful experiences.
EMDR stands for Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. It helps the brain process distressing memories so they feel less intense and less disruptive in everyday life.
At Greyley, our therapists Claudia, Aimee, and Hilary are trained in EMDR therapy and currently accept Quartz and Dean insurance.
Reach out to learn more or schedule with one of them today.

Twice a month, our outpatient therapy team gathers for clinical consult — a dedicated space to collaborate, grow clinically, support one another, and continue developing as professionals.
Today, our Outpatient Director, Claudia Schmidt, led the team through consult and ended our time together with a mindfulness activity using positive affirmation cards.
The card I received was titled “Radiant Light.”
“I shine my inner light brightly, illuminating my path and those around me.”
It could not have been more perfect.
That is truly my daily desire — to lead with light, clarity, compassion, and purpose. And yet, as a small business owner, the day-to-day can so easily become weighed down by questions, problems, complaints, hard decisions, and the constant needs that come with leadership.
Today was such a needed reminder to end the week: what matters most is not just the work we do, but how we care for each other while doing it.
At the heart of our team is collaboration, continued professional development, clinical growth, and wellness — not only for the clients we serve, but for the therapists who show up so faithfully to serve them.
Grateful for this team and reminders that light matters.

At Greyley, intention is woven into more than the work we do with clients.
It is in the way we prepare our spaces.
The way our team collaborates, supports one another, and shows up with care.
The people and spaces behind Greyley — the team members who help create a grounded, compassionate environment where clients can feel supported as they reconnect with themselves and move through life with more intention.
We are grateful for the heart, presence, and purpose our team brings to this work every day.
Here’s to intentional care, meaningful connection, and the people who make Greyley feel like Greyley.

Stepped out of the office and into the sunshine this week to visit for the Customer Appreciation Party ☀️
Grateful for the opportunity to connect and even more excited to continue collaborating with AdMadison on upcoming Greyley projects. Community partnerships like these are what make this work so meaningful.

Monday reminder:
Take a few minutes today to pause and notice.
Step outside if you can. Feel the fresh air on your skin. Notice the warmth of the sunshine, the movement of the trees, the sounds around you. Let yourself arrive in the present moment instead of rushing through it.
We spend so much time thinking about what’s next that we forget to experience what’s here.
A few mindful minutes can reset your nervous system, quiet your thoughts, and reconnect you to yourself. 🌿☀️

Thank you for all that you do — we appreciate you today and every day.
