What happens inside you when something you desire actually asks you to choose it?
It’s easy to stay in the feeling of wanting something.
To dream about it. Imagine it. Even deeply desire it.
But choice is different.
Choice creates movement.
And movement can bring up fear, guilt, responsibility, uncertainty — and the conditioning we may not have even realized was influencing us.
Because desire can activate the gap between who you are now and who you may need to become in order to give it form.

And this brought me to another question….
Can something that was once your genuine desire eventually become your conditioning?
What happens when you continue choosing something simply because you once wanted it, even though you’ve already outgrown it?
Well, this has been part of my experience too. And even though it can feel deeply uncomfortable and bring up a lot of emotional charge, somewhere underneath it all, I already know what is true for me.
Maybe part of honoring our desires is also knowing when we have outgrown them.

Desire has been showing up for me lately in so many different areas of my life. To the point that I started contemplating… why?
And what came to me was the realization that, at some point in my life, I began to believe that having desires was somehow… not good.
And with that, I started burying some of my desires.
Yet my journey lately has been reminding me that so much of what I have created in my life once started with one thing:
DESIRE. 🔥
That led me to contemplate it even more, until another question came up:
Do I truly desire this… or have I been conditioned to want it? 😱

I knew Hannah loves running, but yesterday, because of her I did about 10 laps! She was like, more mommy, and more and more… and then she said, "Did you know that when you run, you have even more energy?" 😄 Yes! That's my girl❤️
