Your local hair lady here to report that warm blondes are going to be all the rage this spring & summer☀️
As a blonde specialist who learned everything in the icy/silver era… I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t a little hesitant when warmer blondes started having a moment.
But now I’m seeing clients bringing in “warm” inspo without even realizing it’s warm. And honestly? I get it.
Let’s clear something up real quick:
•warm ≠ brassy
•warm ≠ yellow
•warm ≠ “Barbie box blonde”
Warmth, when done right, actually reflects light so your blonde looks brighter, shinier, and more dimensional. Cooler tones, on the other hand, absorb light, which gives that soft, muted, ashy vibe.
Both can be stunning. Both can also go very wrong real fast 😅
It all comes down to the formulation + placement.
As for myself, I'm officially loving the warm blonde trend😍

I've been doing a whole lot of living and not a lot of posting lately but I'm still doing my thing, slinging hair behind the chair 😘
Here's a color correction from a few weeks ago. This mama was wanting to take her diy hair to something fresh, low maintenance, and lighter for the spring and summertime while she's chasing babies.
I went in with teasylights, babylights, and lowlights then root tapped and toned to create this soft, lived in look, getting her summer ready☀️

The days are finally getting longer and the sun is shining brighter so yall knows that means it's blonding season babes!
For this client I did a full blonding session using teasylights and traditional highlights to the root using BlondeIQ and softened everything down with root tap and tone with Shades EQ to give her a ton of brightness for the spring and summer while still keeping her grow out soft and low maintenance☀️
