Balanced Body Work

Hi all! I’m still here! Though I don’t do personal training anymore I still am doing what I love to do the most!

Share with a friend who needs to relax!

I haven’t posted in a while but I wanted to reach all my local people. At and it is amazing! Come with grace as they are still working out the kinks but the music, food and drinks are good.
is doing a great job!

Let me help you keep moving!

I truly hope all my clients know that they do not need to prep for me. No tidying up, no need to make things perfect, just make it comfortable for you.

Wondering if you have the right space to get a massage? I have been in master bedrooms, dinning rooms, offices, guest bedrooms, and living rooms. The biggest concerns for me is is it a comfortable space for you, and is mostly quiet with no interruptions for you. If you can find any room in your house with those things I’m sure we can some how make the table and I fit.

I am so thankful for all of my clients past and present. Not only do I get the joy of helping them but I also learn so much from them.

All set to go Come on down for a free assisted stretch or massage! Or come to see Thive, it’s a pretty awesome gym with good people.

It is so wonderful that my clients come relaxed and get to stay relaxed after a massage.
If this sounds like your kind of massage let’s get you booked! Click the link in my bio!

Finished my week in this cozy setting. As I get busier I am coming to the same conclusion I had when I was working 6 years ago; I truly love to massage people. And I am loving it more now that I get to move about and be in a different setting every day. I love that the whole massage is all about the client, it’s a stress free time, and I get to help people.
