A LITTLE CIRCLE. A WHOLE LOT OF MAGIC. 🔥

The Pilates Magic Circle might look simple, but don’t underestimate what this little piece of equipment can do!

Builds strength by adding resistance to exercises, challenging your muscles in new ways.

Fires up your inner thighs and glutes with targeted squeezing and controlled movements.

Strengthens your core by challenging you to stabilize your body while working your arms and legs.

Improves muscle control and awareness by encouraging proper alignment, precision, and intentional movement.

I’ll admit, my twisted little heart gets a ridiculous amount of joy out of this thing. And I still giggle thinking about the people who called it evil last week.

It’s not evil. It’s effective. And that’s exactly why I love bringing it into Pilates class!
