I just had an amazing long over due massage today✨
My body has been screaming at me for the past couple months to schedule one, and at this very moment I can’t think of a reason why I waited so long 🤔
One of my favorite things about massage is the dopamine release that I experience from the time I step into a beautiful spa room, during the session, and after. And the level of creativity that I feel afterwards, the pep in my step, it never gets old. Turns out that’s all I needed to get myself ready to start some new projects🤷🏾♀️
