i’ve worked with hundreds of women and what they’ve being missing wasn’t more self-awareness, it’s a new experience of safety in their nervous system

👉🏼 self awareness can be a beautiful stepping stone but if we stay in the self awareness loop eventually it begin to turn into shame.

why do i know all these things and still struggle, still feel anxious, still people please or feel intense guilt when putting myself first.

this isn’t because you’re not aware it happens, this is happening because you have a nervous system response that was built to keep you safe at a time when this was the only way to stay safe.

👉🏼 except now you’re an adult who’s using the same childhood strategies in order to stay safe even when there’s nothing externally wrong.

the gap most women have on this journey is the Gap between what you know 👉🏼 and the experience of it (in the body, from safety)

You keep waiting to be chosen, but what you really want is to choose yourself.

👉🏼 i work with plenty of women who have all of the things and they thought once this happens ill finally feel worthy, happy, fulfilled just to end up feeling even more lost and anxious.

because what they needed wasn’t an external source to finally make them feel worthy, what they’ve needed is a true felt experience of their own worthiness, fullness and love.

🦋 the internal safety to be themselves, to choose themselves.

👉🏼 for the first time in history women have the ability to rewire and become a woman who chooses herself first, a woman who doesn’t need to drop herself in order to survive.

let this land its only been 52 years since women could have a bank account without a man’s permission.

so it makes sense why we believe we have to outsource our safety to everyone else, but real safety lives with in and the part of you who knows that is screaming from within!



and as much as i love, love and relationships 👉🏼 the relationship with ourselves is that much more important
