Jen | Forbes feat speaker | Nervous System Expert
I recently attended Sales Mastery Live, hosted by Macy McNeely | Sales Training for Female Founders, and heard the incredible Omar Eltakrori speak.
He talked about how to prosper without losing your heart. And isn’t that the goal of every Christian female founder?
His answer absolutely shook me. (Video spills the tea ☕️)
If you’re a Christian female founder and you want to pursue wealth without losing your heart, comment “EMBODIED” to learn more about how I help my clients do just that.
There are days you would rather go to work than be with your kids. And that’s okay.
And maybe even reading that makes something in you tighten because “good moms” aren’t supposed to feel that way. They’re supposed to want every minute.
So when you find yourself craving a few hours alone with your laptop, you wonder: What kind of mother would rather work right now?
A human one.
Because sometimes work is the place where nobody is touching you, calling your name, asking you to find something, needing a snack, or depending on you to regulate the entire room.
At work, you get to finish a thought. You get to solve a problem. You get to create. You get to feel capable instead of needed.
That doesn’t mean you love your children any less.
It means motherhood isn’t the only part of you that deserves to exist.
You are allowed to deeply love the life you’ve built and still need spaces where you get to remember who you are inside of it.
You wouldn’t leave your car’s check engine light on without getting it checked. (At least not for too long, right?😂)
But too often, women in business push through the bodies’ version of a check engine light without checking in.
That’s where I come in.
I teach women in business how to investigate the signal instead of immediately overriding it, so that you can develop discernment in business and in your life.
Because what you really want is more money, growth, opportunity, & success without becoming hardened, exhausted, or making choices you regret just to get there.
Comment “DISCERN” and I’ll show you how.
Raising her prices wasn’t the hard part…
Letting someone be disappointed about it was.
One of my clients recently increased her rates, and a longtime client told her she couldn’t afford to continue working with her.
Within minutes, my client was looking for an escape hatch.
Maybe she could grandfather her in. Or explain the increase better. Or send another message to make sure the client knew she still cared.
By the time we talked, she’d mentally rewritten the conversation 700 times.
Because someone she cared about didn’t like the decision she’d made.
And that’s where a lot of women lose authority in their businesses.
You know what you want. But the moment your decision creates discomfort for someone else, you start negotiating against yourself.
The price gets reconsidered.
The boundary gets softened.
The no gets followed by three paragraphs of explanation.
The decision was made. But now someone else has feelings about it. And suddenly those feelings become evidence that maybe you should change your mind.
This is the work:
Can someone be disappointed in your decision without their disappointment becoming a problem you need to solve?
Because your client can wish your prices were different. And you can care about how they feel without handing them authority over what you decide. That’s leadership.
Not making decisions nobody has a problem with. Making the right decision for you and your business, and staying with it even when someone else wishes you’d made a different one.

If you recognized yourself in this post, you probably don’t need more advice on how to be successful.
In order to rewire your eldest daughter nervous system so that you can show up different in your life, you’ll need to teach your nervous system that it’s safe to receive help, rest before everything is handled, and allow other people to have emotions you don’t rush to fix.
To change the default your brain and body run under so the seat stops costing the woman sitting in it.
If you want my eyes on your exact wiring, your exact business, and your exact pressure, two spots are open for October.
DM me PRIVATE, and I’ll send you the details. 🤍
IMAGINE the best race car driver in the world. 🏎️
He’s spent YEARS learning from the best drivers.
He’s studied every turn. Every track. Every technique.
He knows exactly what to do.
Then you hand him a 20-year-old car with engine problems and bald tires.
*whoomp whoomp*
How fast is he really going to go?
His skill isn’t the problem. Neither is his strategy.
The vehicle can’t support what he knows how to do.
And I see this exact thing happening with wildly successful women in business.
She’ll spend $25,000 on the strategist.
She gets the plan.
She KNOWS what to do.
And then her nervous system starts making decisions for her.
She avoids the visibility that would grow the brand.
She second-guesses the move she was completely sure about three days ago.
She hits a new revenue level and somehow creates chaos right when things are working.
She doesn’t need another strategy.
Her business has grown faster than her capacity to feel safe HOLDING the level she says she wants.
Your nervous system is the vehicle your strategy has to run through.
And you can keep upgrading the strategy… but at some point, you have to upgrade the vehicle.
Because the goal isn’t just getting to 7 figures.
It’s becoming the woman who can hold the visibility, money, responsibility, and expansion that comes WITH it without unconsciously slamming on the brakes.
If you’re already making money and you KNOW you have a 🔥 strategy, but you can feel yourself hitting the brakes every time the business asks you to grow with it, DM me UPGRADE.
This shift is everything - comment “TIME” & I’ll send you the details.

Girl to girl, you don’t need permission to want more. But you DO need places where more is normal.
That’s what I’m most excited about as a speaker at Million Dollar Impact Mastermind Live.
For three days in Dallas, you’ll be surrounded by faith-led women building businesses, creating wealth, increasing their visibility and refusing to separate their ambition from their assignment.
And I want you to future-pace this for a second. You fly home October 18th.
Whose number is in your phone that wasn’t there three days ago?
What decision did you finally make?
What idea did you stop shrinking?
What becomes possible because one woman at your table said, “I know exactly who you need to meet”?
That’s the kind of ROI you can’t calculate before you walk into the room. But you can decide whether you’re going to be in it.
I’m speaking at Million Dollar Impact Mastermind Live October 15–17 in Dallas.
DM me IMPACT and I’ll send you the details.
I don’t believe you need to “become her.”
The concept of becoming keeps the woman you want to be somewhere in the future, separated from yourself.
When you make more money. When the business grows. When you’re more confident. When you finally stop overthinking.
What if she isn’t someone you become later? What if she’s someone you practice being now?
Don’t wait until you’re confident to make the decision she’d make.
Make the decision and teach yourself that you can handle what comes next.
Don’t wait until rejection stops bothering you to put yourself out there.
Let yourself be seen and learn that someone else’s response doesn’t have to change how you see yourself.
Your nervous system learns through repeated experience.
So every time you choose to respond as the woman you keep telling yourself you’re “becoming,” you’re practicing a new default now.
Stop putting her in the future. She’s available to you today.
This is a core framework I teach all my 1:1 clients, and if you want to learn more about it, comment “EMBODIED” and I’ll send you the details.
