With the latest updates to our booking systems, we have observed that if clients fail to confirm their appointments, they may be automatically cancelled, allowing others to book online. We also maintain a 24-hour cancellation policy, which some clients mistakenly believe can be circumvented by not confirming their appointments. Therefore, we kindly request that you confirm your appointments when prompted. This enables our system to function efficiently and allows our staff to prepare for your visit. Thank you.
