I understand that life can be unpredictable, and schedules may change.
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows me to offer your spot to someone on my waiting list.
A $25 fee will be assessed for cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments.
Similarly, being 15+ minutes late may result in the same policy.
If you have a history of repeated late cancellations or no-shows, you’ll be required to pay the full amount to book future appointments.
